Then write. -Look at the pictures and count. -There are fourteen bananas. -...all school things on the tables. - Put all school objects on the tables and count. - T reads one object; they have to count their objects. - T asks: How many are there? - Call some Ss to answer - The one who has more will be the winer -Answer the questions - Play the CD (1st time): Ask the Ss to listen and say to the teacher how many bananas/ oranges/ are there? - Play the CD (2nd time) and ask the Ss to listen and repeat. - Call each group to read again - The group reads loudly and correctly they will receive a star. - Work in pairs, read the dialogue again. - Call some pairs to read again. -Listen and repeat - Read again - Pair work and read a dialogue Students’ Practice 12 minutes TV, CD, chalkboard, textbook. + Game: count the objects in the class - Ask the Ss to look at the all things in the class. - T reads a thing, Ss have to look around the class and count how many things there are - Look around the class - Count things - T asks: How many are there? - Who can answer quickly and correctly, will be the winner. - Some things T can give: Window, fan, electric lamp, door, table, and chair. - There are Closing 5 minutes -Divide the class into 2 teams. -Give each child in each team a number. -Give the same numbers to both teams. -Call out a number.
